Yes, in 2019 we installed a brand new, heated, zero (beach) entry pool and a large, adult only hot tub.

Beach access #5 is approximately a one-minute walk across Ocean Blvd from the resort Lobby.  In the past few years, Siesta Key Beach has accreted (grown), which is great news for the Key!  This makes for a great natural feel, however the distance from the beach entry to the beach adds a couple minutes more to dip your feet in the warm water.  However, the silky, white, quartz sand is cool to the touch even during the warmest summer days!

Yes, at least 2 beach chairs are provided in every room and are part of the hotel amenities

The hotel is not only located on Siesta Key, but the ONLY HOTEL located in the Siesta Key Village.  From the hotel, the vast of majority of the village is just a few minutes’ walk.

Because of our unique location to the beach and to the village, most guests no longer bring a car.  This is because of free transportation on the key… (The Siesta Key Trolley, Free Rides and other “tip only” transportation).  Most of our guests simply take an UBER, LYFT or private transportation to and from the airport.   In addition, guest of the hotel have the FREE use of bicycles (which is included in the resort amenities) and (coming soon), street legal Golf Carts may be rented for a fee.

Yes, we have “pet friendly” specific rooms at our hotel, however we do have pet restrictions; 1.  There is an additional pet waiver that must be signed.  2.  There is an additional fee of $30 per day, per pet.  3.  Our insurance carrier does NOT allow what they consider “12 dangerous dog breeds”.  For a list of dogs NOT allowed, a copy of the pet waiver and to see if we have any available pet friendly rooms, please contact our office.

Check in at 4 PM and check out is at 10 AM.

Upon availability; fees may apply only for an advanced booked, guaranteed early check in or late check out.

Some of the rooms have a full-size refrigerator, microwave and cook top burner.  All of the rooms (at a minimum) have a microwave and mini refrigerator.  For further details and specific room accommodations, please contact the front desk.

There are vending machines for both 10 lb. ice bags along with a soda and snack machine, currently located by the Lobby.  Ice bins are located in each room and free ice (for the ice bin only) is available in the Lobby during working hours.  Simply bring your ice bin to the Lobby and the front desk associate will fill the bin.  Ice for your coolers and travel to the beach can be purchased conveniently at the ice vending machine located next to the Lobby (on your way to the beach).

Yes, we have ADA friendly rooms and parking to those rooms are as close as possible.  The website has ADA Accessibility on the top right corner of the site, which lists the ADA accommodations.

Yes, recent renovations include new pavers (with gradual grading) throughout the resort, zero (beach) entry pool, ADA lift chairs (at the pool and hot tub) and additional handicapped parking added to make the least amount of travel to the ADA friendly rooms.

Yes, a brand new, resort wide, WIFI was newly installed in 2019.

Most of our guests stay a minimum of 3 days and do not want to be disturbed on vacation.  As such, we customarily only provide towel refresh service.

We provide a basket which we ask you to place outside of your door, either late at night or first thing in the morning, with dirty towels that you wish to have replaced.  Beach towels are exchanged at the Lobby.

Clear garbage bags are located in each room and as your garbage fills, we ask our guests to kindly place them outside their room door (securely tied) between the hours of 10AM and 4 PM. A member of our team will remove them for you. If you run out of clear garbage bags, please contact a member of our team or simply stop by the lobby.

Please do not leave garbage bags outside your door overnight, to avoid the Key’s “critters.” For larger garbage or to dispose of garbage after hours, access to the dumpster is located beyond the pool area (spa) towards the pool bathrooms.

We do not have a gym on the premises; however, we have partnered with the only gym in Siesta Village, which is just a few minutes’ walk from the resort.  As a guest of the hotel (and part of the amenity package), the daily fee will be reduced by 50%.

We currently do not offer transportation, however the Siesta Key Trolley and free rides / “tip only” transportation services are just a phone call away.  The hotel may be able to recommend various transportation services (whom offer “specials”) to our guests.  Please contact our front desk / lobby for recommendations.

Rather than charge each guest for line item things like parking, WIFI, bicycle usage, etc. we have decided to provide all our amenities for a daily fee, regardless of the number of guests in your room.

We are constantly expanding our resort amenities / experience to our guests.  Currently our amenities include, but are not limited to, the following;

  • 2019 Resort style Heated Pool & Hot Tub
  • Keurig coffee makers in every room with free medium roast coffee
  • Free water bottles in every room
  • Siesta Key Fitness Access – 50% off the current day rate
  • Bicycles (not to be used on the beach) Helmets are available in the Lobby and per FL Law, required for anyone 16 years of age and under.

  • Discounts to hotel events and local activities (like beach yoga)
  • A surprise snack in each room
  • Free washer and dryer usage

The current amenity fee is $39 per day, however, may change (without notice) as more amenities are added to the resort and experience.
